Family Nurse Practitioner
Trisha Harms, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C
Trisha Harms is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her journey into functional medicine began through her own personal health challenges, inspiring her to look beyond symptoms and uncover the root causes of illness through a more holistic, whole-person approach to care.
Trisha has worked in healthcare since the age of 16, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her early experiences in patient care sparked a lifelong commitment to nursing, ultimately leading her to pursue the terminal nursing degree, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). This extensive clinical background allows her to blend evidence-based medicine with compassionate, patient-centered care.
She has completed advanced training in functional medicine foundations, aesthetics, weight management, and hormone health, and is currently pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Trisha is dedicated to lifelong learning and continually expanding her knowledge in integrative and functional health.
Her goal is to support each individual in achieving optimal health, balance, and vitality—not simply managing symptoms, but creating meaningful, lasting transformation. When you step into Trisha’s care, you’ll find a trusted partner who listens, understands your story, and walks alongside you on your journey toward lasting wellness.
